    Spanish Description

    Who Wants a Cheap Rhinoceros?

    About the Book

First published in 1964, this Shel Silverstein classic still surprises and delights with its fresh humor and gloriously absurd logic, delivered with a perfectly straight face and simple uncolored line drawings. Forget dogs, cats, canaries, and goldfish: the ideal pet is a big, round rhinoceros! The narrator lists all the wonderful advantages of keeping one at home, generously overlooking a few inconveniences. Miguel Azaola's clever translation preserves the rhyme and verse structure of the original, reinterpreting Silverstein's wit for Spanish-speaking readers.
