Picture Book

English Translation

The Sheep Whose Shadow the Wolf Ate

After a wolf gobbles up her shadow, a sheep sets out to find a new one. One by one, the animals of the forest offer their own: the elephant's is too bulky, the peacock's too delicate, the tortoise's too slow, the chameleon's keeps changing color, and the dolphin's simply slips away. With warmth and humor, this playful picture book shows that even when something seems impossible to replace, there is always a perfect fit waiting to be found for everyone.
