The Lady of the Jungle
A boy runs alone in the jungle. A boy with tired legs and courage transforms into fear as he enters the green that soon turns black. He wants to go home, but he is lost. He tries to protect himself from the dangers that inhabit those lands, but the night does not make it easy, nor the rain, nor the screams of his stepmother that still echo in his ears. Someone looks at him from the darkness and he feels that fear enters his chest and oppresses him from the inside. Is it the Lady of the Jungle that his grandfather talks about so much? Are they the Púcari who come for him to turn him into one of his eyeless servants? No, she is a young woman who calls to him from a small boat. She still doesn't know it but together they will cross the jungle. That journey will be full of chilling risks, encounters with mysterious characters and memories, memories of his mother who died years ago. Guided by the light of a powerful moon, Manuel and Zuna advance through the jungle in a night that seems to have no end.
