    Spanish Description

    Happy Like Soccer

    About the Book

Nothing makes Sierra as happy as soccer—especially when her cleats send the ball flying across the green field. But nothing makes her sad like soccer either, because her aunt's restaurant job keeps her too busy to watch Sierra's games. Sierra longs for someone who knows her to cheer her name instead of just her jersey number. This tender story, gently illustrated in ink and watercolor, follows Sierra as she finds a way to bring together the two things she loves most: soccer and family.
