    Told from the perspective of a beloved stuffed bear, this illustrated album recounts the sweet childhood years of Salvador and Anna Maria Dalí, and their close friendship with poet Federico García Lorca. Born in a German toy factory and later bought in Paris, Don Osito Marquina became an inseparable companion to the Dalí siblings. When Lorca visited the family in the Ampurdán, he and Anna Maria forged a lasting friendship, exchanging letters that always asked after the family's cherished bear. Featuring stunning collage illustrations by Zuzanna Celej, this heartfelt story blends history, poetry, and tenderness. Don Osito Marquina can still be seen today at the Toy Museum in Figueres.
