Spanish Description

Cranky Don Facundo, the Neighbor on the Second Floor

About the Book

Elia is furious—she can never play at home because a grumpy old man lives on the floor below and bangs on the ceiling with his cane every time she makes noise. His name is Don Facundo, and he complains about everything. But Elia begins to wonder if he's simply lonely, and decides to come up with a clever plan to solve his problem instead of just being angry with him. A warm story about empathy, patience, and understanding the people who annoy us most.
