These are the adventures of this tender teporingo and his friends, a group of animals that live in a natural refuge on the slopes of the Popocatepetl volcano. The snow at El Refugio has melted and the old forest trails are free to roam. During the springtime, Domingo prepares for many adventures: sliding down slides, making bonfires, searching for treasures, meeting explorers, organizing fancy parties and more. But the arrival of Doña Roña, a distant (and uncomfortable) relative of Domingo and Casilda, threatens to destroy the happiness of El Refugio.
