Blueberries for Sal

When Sal and her mother go blueberry picking on Blueberry Hill, they aren't the only ones gathering berries for winter—a mother bear and her cub are doing the same on the other side of the hill. Soon the little ones wander off and, without realizing it, each child ends up following the wrong mother! This beloved classic, first published in 1948, charms readers with its gentle humor, expressive illustrations, and warm portrayal of the bond between parent and child. A timeless picture book perfect for young readers who love animals and family stories.
