    Spanish Description

    Angela

    About the Book

Angela has just been born among the bushes of the jungle. Her mother, a giraffe as tall as a skyscraper, gently licks her with her warm tongue and nudges her to stand. But Angela's wobbly legs won't hold her, and after only two clumsy baby steps she tumbles back to the ground. This tender picture book follows a newborn giraffe's first determined attempts to stand and walk, celebrating patience, perseverance, and a mother's love in the wild.
