English Translation

Adam and Thomas

When war breaks out and the ghetto becomes too dangerous, Adam's mother leads him into the forest at night, promising to return by evening. There he meets Thomas, a classmate also hidden by his mother. As the hours pass and neither mother comes back, the boys realize they may be alone for a long time. Together they build a shelter in a tree, facing hunger and cold while their friendship deepens. Amid fear and uncertainty, they search for answers to profound questions about courage, hatred, and faith.
